Independent and free spirited. I love my work and I love my play. I like to be around people that laugh easily and have an aptitude for conversation that can range from crude humor to intellectual subjects. I have reached the point in my life (actually, a while ago) where I have a tendency to cut to the chase and be direct while being tactful, charming and discreet.




While I don't need a woman to make me happy, someone to hang out with from time to time would be nice.




I''ve been married for much of my adult life and am looking to make me happy for a while. I feel like I've lost myself over the years. I have this haunting feeling of a shrinking of my soul.




I want to just be me for a little while before my journey here ends. I want to focus on my closeness to my children ( who range from 23-9) and also reconnecting with living my way through life and not just working my way through it.




I want to take the long rides. Go to a beach around the equator and just drop off for a bit. Hike a few trails and maybe blaze a few on the way. I'd just like to BE. I'm not looking for a soulmate. God knows I've messed that up! I don't need another woman that doesn't understand the quiet times. I'd like to hang out with someone who doesn't see me as a need. But someone who sees me as a want and who can go back to her world and BE. We'll just touch base from time to time. Hopefully we can laugh hysterically, drink unhealthily, and, every once in a while, hit each other's sweet spot when needed.




I just want to laugh, love, and BE happy. War is a young man's trade... I got my headline from reading a girl's shirt that said ,"Out of your league!" It brought a quick smile to my face. I love my kids, music, hanging with my friends, making new ones, reading, learning, challenging myself intellectually and physically. I have a weakness for quick witted, intellectual conversation with a lot of laughs thrown in. I don't have any plans to marry again but having someone fun to hang with from time to time to share in the above mentioned things would be ideal. Not enough laughter in the world as far as I'm concerned. There's enough pressure to deal with out there without me having to ad to it. Laid back and chill, going with the flow. It's all good.
