I think I am pretty easy going. I love my family, my girls, and my friends. I don't think life needs to be perfect, just enjoyed for what we have. I am recently divorced and have spent the past year learning to be me again.
I love making other people smile: painting murals, inspiring my students to love learning and believe in themselves, playing and laughing with my girls, and being there for my friends. I recently bought my own house and have spent the last couple of months putting a little sweat equity into it to make it just right! I love projects and am looking forward to learning a few new skills as I continue to improve my home and myself.
I am self sufficient and happy on my own, but would like to have someone to share life with. I am looking for someone who would like to be part of a family, but would really like to begin by just hanging out and getting to know each other first. I think a relationship should be based on friendship and spiced with a bit of physical attraction and adventure. Fitness is great, but I am NOT looking for someone who spends his life in the gym. I think staying fit should be a family activity . . . biking, hiking, playing catch in the backyard, keeping up the house. . . not hours and hours on a treadmill or weight machines.
I think it would be fun to try some new things together. I would love to see more of Florida: kayaking, camping, or snorkeling. It would be fun to take a cooking class, dancing lessons, or learn a new language together. In short, I'm looking for someone to enjoy life with!
