Well, a little info about me. I am smart with the ability to fix just about anything. I am told that I have a wry sense of humor. I am not so sure about that one. I write poetry when the mood strikes me. I can't even begin to explain my other talents. I served eight years of my life in the U.S. Navy with tours of duty aboard three submarines. I was a nuclear electrician and a heck of a good at that, but we all were so there is nothing really special in that. I like to write long letters, I believe that kisses should turn knees into noodles, hearts into a flaming cauldron of passion and ... into moist patches of cloth. Ah, that is every kiss, because love should make one feel that way. (honorable exception to the honey I'm late for work peck on the lips/cheeks) I have this quaint notion that my mate should be my best friend and have a full and unencumbered view of each and every skeleton in the old closet. The foundation of trust laid upon such bedrock can not ever be shaken from its place. However it has been my experience that most people only pay lip service to this truth; excuse me I meant to say notion, and they really don't want to know every thing about someone. I find it amazing that people are at a total loss to understand why their relationships fail because the person is not whom they think they are. I have other notions, some quaint and some not, but they are all heartfelt and ingrained in my persona. I believe that romance has come to mean the wrong thing in these times. That we men tend to use the concept as a tool to get women rather than using it for what it truly is, and that is, a method by which one conveys his or her true feelings to one's partner. The little things that say I love you, that you do because it is the way you feel and you are in constant search to find new ways of saying so.

I am in search of a woman that is above all smart and very sexy/passionate as well as easy on the eyes. Actually I should say that looking at her should stir within me naughty thoughts and feelings that she would not mind me acting upon at our earliest convenience. I like jazz, cooking, reading, dining out, movies in wide screen format or at the show. I like concerts as well as theater. I believe that my girl should be my best friend and running buddy. I think that kisses should start soft and escalate from there. I don't like talking for talking sake but believe every word spoken should have meaning. I believe that with the right person body language itself, can speak volumes. Race and age are not important factors to me. These attributes are must haves in my life/soul mate as I don't want to search anywhere but in my own home for what I need and desire.
