This may seem ranty but I'm just going off the top of my head and typing what comes to me.
I am a 30 yr old single father; I have a 4 year old girl. She is my little buddy :)
I am an easy going guy and am serious when I say I am looking for love. My prior relationships have always been lacking in affection and physicality on their end. I won't tolerate that any longer. I believe those two things to be part of the foundation of a strong and lasting relationship which is what I am looking for.
I am a music lover; nothing more fun to me than going to a good live show. I prefer metal acts along the lines of In Flames and Killswitch Engage but am really down for any exhibition of musicianship and talent. I am currently learning how to play the guitar and hope to pass that down to my daughter when she is ready for it. I go to the gym several times a week with my daughter as well. She gets some time with other children and I get a few hours to improve myself.
My free time is valuable to me and limited. I typically only have time on Wednesday evenings to myself. I am not the a-typical single father. I would say that I am the primary care giver in her life, a Mr. Mom - if you will. This has lead to me being largely a homebody and I'm good with that. I'm done with the bar scene and partying. When I do go out I like to find a quiet bar and keep the tab small. I would rather have some company at home and have a drink or two there.
I am a warm and a caring guy. I like to bring my woman flowers and rub her feet, that kind of stuff. I would like to find someone who can appreciate the small things, deal with conflict when it arises, back up what they say, and be able to have a good time at a concert or hockey game with me.
