I love the outdoors, whether I'm hiking, fishing, hunting, or looking for fossils and minerals. I belong to two organizations dedicated to preserving and expanding wilderness areas. I find that I am most comfortable when I'm out in a forest, mountains, or desert where there are not crowds of people. I rafted the Grand Canyon several years ago on an 8-day trip and would like other adventures in the future. Going on ocean cruises with several thousand people does not appeal to me. Although I would like to cruise the Inside Passage on a ship that has only 2-300 passengers or so. Have only been to Alaska once on a fishing trip and would like to return.
I am interested in someone who cares about others and is not wrapped up in herself, who is honest, doesn't lie, and takes responsibility, cares about her physical appearance, and is affectionate and supportive. I would like her to share some of my interests and have her willing to at least try some new activities even if not initially interested. I expect we will have some different interests and I'm willing to do things she likes as well. I like to travel but it's not much fun going alone.
