I've been married for about 20 years. I am going through the process (including counseling) to see if I am truly happy or if there is more to life. This is the second time my wife and I have discussed divorce. I am open to learn from other people and their experiences, this includes opinions, mindsets, life styles, etc...while I am going through this period in my life I hope to find new friends and learn more about myself. I've heard a little about ENM, poly, swingers/open relationships and I am sure there is more out there. I would love to learn about any and all of these relationship types from anyone with experience. Most people want to keep HSV discreet and I ask the same regarding my condition and my relationship status.
I am retired military and now am working on a second career. I love being outdoors and in nature. At th same time I love going out for a night, having dinner, drinks, and going to a movie, concert, or comedy show. I love living life, traveling, meeting new people, seeing and experiencing new things.
I truly do my best to learn everyday. A big part of this is learning from people around me and their life experiences. It seems that our society is divided and is having a hard time listening to people with a different opinion. I find it exciting to find people and have conversations with people with different opinions.
I dress anywhere between shorts and flip-flops to custom suits and everything in between. I love being casual and comfortable, but I also work as a professional and I wear suits when I go into the office. I've been told that I "clean up" really well and I have to say that I believe I do.
I know how to treat a lady and I enjoy doing it. I use my manners and try to show consideration and understanding for those people around me. I appreciate others to use their manners, bring polite, and people that show they care for others.
I LOVE laughing and having a good time. I probably have a sense of humor that is prejudice against everything, including traditional heterosexual white males (which I am) because if you can't laugh at yourself, who the hell can you laugh at? I laugh at ALL the jokes! I am also known to be sarcastic, but only while I am awake. There really isn't too much you can say that will offend me, except if you can me mean...that will hurt my feelings...haha.
