I am warm and passionate and supportive good listener.
I am into living in connection with natural rhythm within and outside me.
I am grateful for all the gifts I have and I am enthused at the opportunity life gives me. The most beautiful gifts I have is a good health, my son who is 13 and the love of friends and family.
I try to live my life in harmony with the circadian rhythm and eating foods that love me in return by giving me energy and vitality.
I do not take recreational drugs. I tried them yet I rather find more relaxing having hot baths with Epson Salts lit by candle lights whilst listening to classical music.
I also drink alcohol only for very special occasions. I find pleasure in looking after my body with daily massage with essential oils. I love rose, jasmine as well as neroli and ylang-yang.
I like to connect and realign with nature through daily long walks. I usually spend my holiday hiking in high mountains like the Alps and practising tai chi.
