I enjoy being Physical and Being in the Moment. Weight Training, Bike Riding, Target and Defensive Pistol and Rifle Shooting, playing on a See Saw at the Park, dancing in the pack of a Pickup Truck or anywhere else (if I've had a couple drinks to relax).
