I am young at heart, a free spirit, love to laugh and have good conversation. I enjoy many things: music, books, gardening and movies. I love working out and have many different physical activities which includes running, swimming, bicycling, yoga, weights, walks, hikes and dancing. I enjoy simple things such as quiet evenings at home cuddled up with someone special, etc. When I express myself whether it be emotionally or physically meaning I don't believe in mind games. When I go out for dinner or a movie I can dress up or casual but always like to look my best. I have strong values and integrity. I have my circle of family and friends and they are important to me.
I have one child who is the light of my life and although she lives far away we are very close and keep the communication lines open. Words are important and we miss giving and getting a blessing when we don't use our words in a positive way, so its important to me to lift and edify others.

my goal in life is to not have major regrets. To apologize to those I hurt and seek out those I love. I will retire soon and want to be comfortable and even attend college. To travel and experience all that I can, whether that is Paris or eating unidentifiable things from a street vendor in Bangor. My goal is to live unafraid and in so doing to lead others to that life.
