hi. before i say anything else, i don't want to waste anyone's time. I WILL ONLY DATE MEN AROUND N60-70 YEARS OF AGE AND I WILL ONLY DATE MEN IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA so if you're not living in or around the northern virginia area, please don't get in touch with me because we'd both just be wasting time. I've been told that i have a great sense of humor (which helps when you are a comedic actor.) i've had a long and and sucessful career as a professional singer and actress in community theater. i've just finished 2 shows and now i'm directing one. i also volunteer at a food bank. i love the beach, day trips, dinner and a movie (and it doesn't have to be expensive). nice dinners are nice but i love hamburgers and fries too. i love the independent feeling i get when i'm driving (i know, sounds crazy). i'd love to find someone who is truly interested in ME and not what he can get from me. been there, done that and it doesn't work. it would be wonderful if someone wanted to be friends and companions and see where things go from there but i guess i should tell you that i'm a woman who must be respected and treated like a lady even if i don't always act like one. i'm pretty much a jeans and tee shirt kind of gal but can dress for the right occasion. i don't want to spend all of my time alone just because i have herpes. don't get me wrong, i've dated quite a bit but they wanted what they wanted and if they got it they were gone like a puff of smoke. no explanation, just gone and i don't want to go thru that again. friendship and companion with a great sense of humor and a big heart and who understands that by the time we're our age, we've made mistakes (or we wouldn't be on this site, would we) and despite what anyone might think, by our age we all have a bit of baggage. i'm willing to accept yours so please be willing to accept mine. i want to be cared and care for someone again. and i can't believe that having herpes at my age should stop that,do you? i have a wonderful daughter and 3 wonderful grandchildren that live in NC. am i looking for the impossible? i don't think so. i know you are out there, we just have to find each other. please be from northern virginia.
