I am basically just a good person who believes in doing the right thing , because it's the right thing to do, not because it is illegal or because you might get caught or for fear of hellfire. I am looking for a genuinely good hearted person to date and possibly more. You know in your heart if you are a good person and have other peoples interest's at heart and with that being said, I am only single because I was given the gift that keeps on giving, yes HSV-2.
My exwife cheated on me many years ago and now I am left with this affliction that I refuse to pass on to anyone else. I can remember how badly it affected my self esteem, my mind, and my heart and I wouldnt wish this upon my worst enemy. Basically I am a good hearted, educated, financially stable person who has been secretly remaining celebate and single for many years because of this affliction. I believe in modesty and I cant stand people bragging, Im not saying I am like the best looking guy I know for my age, but Im definitely not ugly. I have been asked out plenty of times by co-workers, but I dont want to have "the talk" with anyone and I dont want to lie to anyone like I see other guys doing all the time, to me those people are the scum of the earth.
I am a travel nurse and I specialize in critical care/emergency department and so I see young ladies coming to the E.R. and getting diagnosed with herpes pretty often, and it's pretty much always the same scene, young girl in tears, totally devastated and perhaps even having suicidal ideations, and then the boyfriend always lies and says he didnt know he had it or that she must have accidentally caught it from a toilet seat cause you didnt get it from me! (Myth by the way guys, you cant catch herpes from a toilet seat so dont even try it)
I refuse to be one of those guys and so I am looking for a decent person who is already in the same boat as me, and doesnt want to be "one of those girls".(like my exwife)
So yes, I totally keep this HSV thing a secret from my family, friends, and colleague's, and I want to keep it that way. I will gladly exchange photo's of me upon request. Currently I am living in Takoma Park, MD, for thenext six weeks. Im a bit of a rolling stone at the moment, but I would be willing to settle down for the right person.
