First I need to relax. If I can run or swim at least 5 times a week I get my fix. After that I can sit back and watch a good movie, or go out dancing. Can enjoy a drive down a country road or take a trip whitewater rafting. Go backpacking or stay at a bed and breakfast. Obviously I like to mix it up.
