Attractive, tall, West Coast woman looking for a traveling companion.
Living in the Lower Mainland enjoying what Vancouver has to offer except that I am still searching for the 'silver lining' in the grey, wet, 'socked in' fall and winter days. After the winter solstice the days do get longer (infinitesimally) with a sudden leap after Daylight Savings Time. You get the picture.
Elsewhere in the world is sunshine and warmer weather. That is where I want to be.
Although West Coasters may be described as left leaning, tree hugging, granola eating eco warriors I am a more toned down version. I maintain and interest in the political process and like to keep up with local events, improvements and happenings.
I am in my third third and look forward to making life more exciting, healthy, full of fun and adventure. Desirable qualities of a traveling companion would include an open minded outlook on life and its vagaries.And one cannot but have some of the Boomer qualities of optimism and innovation and an appreciation for what the younger generation will bring to their world. Integrity and honesty are desired qualities in a companion.
There is lots ofEurope that I have not seen and have yet to step onto South American soil. I prefer over the land travel. Meeting the locals is a bonus. Tours can have their place in part of the world of travel but not as a steady diet. A gentleman with light emotional baggage is also desirable.
I like walking, fair weather biking, nonfiction including biographies and I also have vegetarian inclinations.
