I am an active youth coach, coaching girls volleyball and boys basketball. I love to volunteer regularly as part of my life, and am active in my community. Most recently volunteering with Hospice of the Chesapeake, feeding the homeless, and the Hogs and Heroes foundation. (I love riding my Harley too) I own my own business, love people and life, am intelligent (Mensa) and enjoy meeting new people. As well as playing sports, staying fit, great food, especially ethnic and spicy foods, people, and travel. Hobbies include sports and flying airplanes, (including my own amphibious flying boat) , motorcycling, scuba diving, as well as ski, snowboard, wake board, kite surf, bike, hike, skate. Love the fine arts, performing arts, the circus, the beauty in nature, music, trips to NYC, walks along the beach, sunshine, and traveling to learn about other people and cultures. I am admittedly a bit of a science nerd, and avidly follow physics, astronomy, cosmology, technology, and climate change. I am spiritual but not wedded to any one religion, I do believe in God and the value of meditation and prayer. My tastes in music are wide. I love every style of music. Family is very important to me. I am the oldest of 4 boys. All live within 20 minutes of my parents. My dad is a well loved and well known basketball coach, who at 90 is still coaching a championship team of 8-9 year old boys five days a week! I am looking for an attractive, fit, intelligent woman aged 44-59 who is well educated and enjoys stimulating thought and discussion. Someone who isn't afraid to say it how it is. If she likes athletic or sports activities, then that's even better. Extra points if adventuresome I am looking for a lifetime mate, and not just a short term date. i hope to meet someone good on the inside, someone who cares about other people. It would be great if they were passionate about helping others. Someone who likes to laugh and have fun My match will have a great love for family, people, and an appreciation for what an incredible gift life is. I am not close to perfect, and do not expect perfection in a partner either. I am still a romantic, and believe that love is the most powerful human force on earth. I know the person I love us out there. Finally I am about having fun! This whole trip we call life isn't worthwhile, unless we have a LOT of fun along the way. If we end up doing something together, I promise that it will be fun! Who knows where it may lead? See you soon? Lets start by exchanging some recent photos.
