That being said: I'm a retired military man. My 20 years in were very active, stressful and chaotic. Now that I'm retired, I value peace and quiet and calm. I taught high school for two years after the military, and I now write articles for a historical publication.

I'm freshly divorced, I'm financially secure and comfortable with myself. Unfortunately I am not looking for marriage or for anyone to move in. Nothing against all of the wonderful ladies here, I'm just not good with marriage or really long term. I've found I'm not good at it.
