Wow what to say? For exercise I mainly do yoga, a little tai chi sometimes, and occasional walks around my neighborhood or around the beach. I have one child in college and one at home for another 2-3 years. Spiritually I'm a Power of Now kind of guy; raised Roman Catholic and now more generally buddhist. Physically I'm slender, fit, handsome, and look younger than my age. (I know, everybody says that!) Professionally I do fine and am not struggling. Widowed five years ago, I dated for about a year and wound up with this absurd condition. Since then I've focused on getting the kids headed in the right direction, and now I can think about a relationship again. I am looking for someone trustworthy and loving. Respectful i.e. you won't belittle me, beat me, or berate me. (I assure you I've never abused nor intimidated a woman.) Demonstrative and affectionate. Open, honest, communicative, say what you feel, say what you want, say that I've upset you and tell me how, and really work to understand my point of view as I'll work to understand yours. Commit to honoring whatever relationship we agree to be in together...just be real, why fool yourself or try to fool me? In a nutshell, I'm looking for truth and love / friendship. And that's what I bring. The rest we'll define as we go.
