Wow what to say? For exercise I mainly do yoga, a little tai chi sometimes, and occasional walks around my neighborhood or around the beach. I have one child in college and one at home for another 2-3 years. Spiritually I'm a Power of Now kind of guy; raised Roman Catholic and now more generally buddhist. Physically I'm slender, fit, handsome, and look younger than my age. (I know, everybody says that!) Professionally I do fine and am not struggling. Widowed five years ago, I dated for about a year and wound up with this absurd condition. Since then I've focused on getting the kids headed in the right direction, and now I can think about a relationship again.
