I'm a good man. I’m a man that takes care of those around him. A man that still opens doors for people. A man that stands up for what he believes. A man that knows when it's appropriate to take the lead and when to allow his woman to be Queen. I'm looking for a person that when I see her across the room, My heart skips a beat. I’m originally from Oregon, but my entire extended family is from the East Coast. I’m 44, but still young looking and certainly young at heart. I’m a balance between business professional and living life to the fullest when I’m not working. I love laughing and being sensual. I’ve been married and she was fantastic, but just didn’t work out. I don’t have children and looking to date someone with the idea of having a relationship if things work out. I believe in education, attempting to eat right and exercise. I’m a communicator and love to have intellectual conversations. I’m also a kid inside and love being goofy, joking around and laughing a lot! I definitely prefer a hole in the wall bar vs. a nightclub. I’m pretty much done with those days. My eventual dream is to retire and live on the beach somewhere having drinks and soak in the sun ;-)

I've listed out the qualities that I'm looking for in someone. None of this is a deal breaker, but thought I'd be honest about what I'm looking for. I've been in enough relationships to know what I like and most importantly, what I respect. 1. Caring and compassionate. I'm looking for a caring, compassionate and understanding woman. 2. Intelligence: Both my parents are teachers. I have a college degree, I want to be with someone that can hold an intellectual conversation and that believes education is important. 3. A Communicator. Please tell me how you feel. However, if we talk, I want someone that can avoid feeling defensive and be open minded enough to work towards solutions. I want to hear what is on your mind. 4. I'm looking for a woman that likes (or even better) loves sports: My career was in pro sports, some of my hobbies are athletic related. 5. Confident but not loud. I'm looking for a girl that is confident, but doesn't need to put it in your face. Confident enough to know what is important what is not. Someone that I can take to a party and she introduces herself when I'm not around and can keep people entertained. 6. SEXY: I'm sensual and sexy and looking for a girl that is the same. However, there will be times, I just want to chill out. 7. Someone that takes care of their body. I’m not perfect, and I don’t expect you to be. Just someone that cares about how they look, goes to the gym and wants to be healthy. 8. Loves to have a good time. I'm not looking for the party pooper or the wall flower.
