I Would Describe Myself As

I'm a very caring and affectionate single mother ofwho is looking to find a long-term relationship with the right man. I like to laugh and share with my partner, and am looking for a relationship that can be cultivated into something long-lasting and nurturing. The most important aspects of a relationship for me are trust, respect, and love.



Physically, I'm 5'6" and curvy. Working on getting healthier...you know how that goes. I've lost 16lbs so far! :~D



I don't really have any hobbies, per sae. I love being my daughter's mom. I enjoy reading, and rank Jane Austen as my favorite author. Total chick books, I know...call it a guilty pleasure. I also really enjoy watching a movie when I can, and like basically anything that isn't a downer or gory. Music is great and my tastes are eclectic, ranging from grunge to classic country to 80's to Elvis to The Monkees, etc. I love getting away when I can...Disneyland, Las Vegas, and Hawaii are my favorites! I've never been abroad, but WILL go someday.



Regarding goals, I strive to be the best mother I can be to my daughter who's in the first grade this year, and do the best job I can at work, but for long-term, the only thing missing for me seems to be a relationship with the right man. Can you call that a goal? Sure, why not? LOL



I guess what makes me unique is my personality. I like to joke around and be goofy, but do have a deeper side. I can be mistaken for immature because of my silliness, but I'd rather be that than boring. I'm a non-practicing Catholic, considering returning to the Church. I can't sing. I have double-jointed thumbs, which I think is pretty cool. I'm full-Irish by heritage.



As for my partner, I'm looking for someone who wants a 50/50 (100/100) relationship; someone who gives as much as he takes. He not only wants a long-term relationship, but he's emotionally READY for one. He's good-hearted, fun, and smart, and enjoys laughing and talking, relaxing at home, as well as getting out. And, of course, attractive to me.
