You should be in the Flagstaff or Sedona AZ area, and 57 to 63 years old.
I lead a pretty quiet, routine life. I work a regular job, so I am busy during the weekdays, but enjoy chilling and being creative, hanging with my dogs, doing yoga, hiking or biking in my free time. I’m more of a mountain than ocean person, but I know how to raft, kayak, scuba and snorkel. I am a carnivore, but try to avoid industrially farmed products, a bit of a workaholic, and have libertarian leanings. I like being outside in general, day or night. I can fix most things myself, but know when to call in the pros. I am currently creating a beautiful hang out in my backyard, and finishing up the tile in my shower. I enjoy stargazing and listening to the birds talk to each other, night and day.
I rarely eat out, and am a decent to excellent cook. I have lived all over the world and have several favorite places, but choose to be here, in the US, in Sedona. Drove the Alcan highway from Anchorage to AZ last year, and will likely take another trip from here back up in another year or two. (Two of my sibs live there, so I visit regularly. Planning a Denali trip on my next visit.) I would consider snowbirding to colder climates. I still haven’t been to the Black Hills, Greece, or Italy, but maybe you can motivate me to get there... Learned to fly, but unlike the other women in my family, I prefer to stay on the ground. I love to drive and road trips in general.
You should be your own person by now, relatively close to my age. You should have some source for spiritual sustenance (preferably not drug or alcohol induced.). I enjoy my margaritas, but they aren’t required for me to be happy or relaxed. If you don’t care for dogs, we aren’t a good fit.
I am easy to talk to and enjoy a nice coffee or tea (plus gnoshing) to get to know someone. I have a vast vocabulary and use big words in regular conversation. Good spelling is important to me. I am a bit slow to warm up, but Chemistry isn’t found in words - it is energetic.
