I love the beach and surfing and like to get to Bali at least once a year. I like to keep moderately fit, ride my bike a couple of times a week along the river and keep up with some yoga stretches for flexibility. I don't smoke, I avoid fast food and drink alcohol occasionally. Right now, I'm having an alcohol free month to lose the kilo I put on over the silly season. If you like ballroom and Latin dancing I can probably get back up to speed but I'm not a fanatic. If there is good music playing I can shake it as good as any.
