I enjoy the arts and cultural events. Originally from Montreal, Canada, I taught English all over New England and in Houston and the peripheral area for over 33 years. Presently, I am an English/ESL teacher for a language company, have my own ESL/English business, write poetry, play drums and harmonica in a Latin Jazz-Funk-Rock trio, and participate aggressively in cultural, intellectual, and artistic events. I love walking my two girls (a black Labrador and a miniature ?) three to four miles several times a week, practicing my percussive craft, reading, hiking, writing, and preparing my culural English lessons for my foreign students. I have taught both adults and children from Kazakhstan, Brazil, Italy, Indonesia, Turkey, France, Thailand, Venezuela, Mexico, Norway and the United States.
