I'm self confident, self-sufficient, wise, intuitive, honest and affectionate. I enjoy meeting people with varied interests and perspectives on life & have a keen sense of direction. I love animals, the outdoors, hiking, ocean kayaking, and spending time with friends and family. I grew up part time on my family's private island in Southeast Alaska, so childhood was both magical and dangerous at times. As a result, I can split wood, build a fire, and run a skiff ( extra points if you know what a skiff is). Don't let that fool you though, because I'm ALL GIRL. I know how to rough it when necessary, but prefer the comforts of central heat, and indoor plumbing. I was fortunate enough to be exposed to art, culture, and politics, & left home at the age of 14 to study dance. I have a love of music theatre, opera, ballet, concerts, etc., and have a great appreciation for architecture, visual and performing arts.

I prefer to date someone in Southern California (Orange County, San Diego County).

Hmm, lets see.....Single, honest, compassionate, intellectual, quirky, playful, affectionate. I'm just looking for a nice guy who has a hidden devilish side. It all boils down to chemistry. I'm looking for someone who is take-charge, confident, honest, emotionally stable, and not afraid of commitment. The most attractive trait that I find in a man is compassion and empathy, followed by a sense of humor. Wit, wisdom and dose of sarcasm will almost always win me over.
